Google is shutting down

Google have recently decided to reduce it’s online web design commitment and close it’s ‘Business Profile’ web designs.

The change in direction commences 1st of March 2024 until June 2024, during that time you inquiries will be re-directed to your Business profile information and thereafter to a 404 error page.

Google says:

“Domains that end with business.site and negocio.site will be removed from the website field on your Business Profile in March. We recommend that you update your Google Business Profile to point to a new website.” Search Engine Land

Google is also recommending alternatives and top of the list is WordPress, so if you’re an unfortunate Google website owner, Oast House Media offer a Google approved web alternative!
