Web and SEO clients Padfield Master Thatchers where at home for the golf challenge match against Oast House Media played at North Foreland in October 22.
Master Thatcher Ross Chapman (1HC) and business owner Mark Padfield (14HC) got off to a slow start against the OHM team of Nigel Stevenson (21HC) and OHM business advisor Bob McDougal (19HC) with the OHM storming to a 2 shot lead.
By the half way mark, Padfield Master Thatchers had clawed it back to all square as Hurricane Ian swept in but OHM were steadfast and determined with 40mph winds now cutting across the fairways, OHM securing victory on the penultimate hole 1 and 1 with a 40 foot putt by Stevenson.
